WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION METHOD?
Over a 3 day process, we gently infuse herbs & spices in organic fractionated coconut oil (derived from steam distillation). After which, we add cold press hemp-seed, sweet almond or argan oil, along with a blend of natural seed oils, aloe vera, butters, beeswax, vegan wax and essential oil blend. We make all of our products by hand and only use organic and natural ingredients.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
All of our creams are made to order and contain no harmful preservatives. Our products will last around 2-3 months. Our products contain Vitamin E (packed with anti-oxidants), Tea tree oil, Neem oil, Sodium Lactate (sodium salt), Manuka oil, Colloidal silver, Handmade tinctures and Grapefruit extract instead of synthetic or chemical additives which can lengthen shelf life. Keep products in a cool dry place for best results.
HOW LONG CAN I WAIT BEFORE USING THE CREAMS?
After purchase, it is highly recommended to use creams no later than one week, due to the shelf life of the natural ingredients. If you would like to extend the life of any of our creams, keep them sealed in a cool dry place or refrigerate. If refrigerated, cream ingredients will tend to separate.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE? HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
All of our products are handmade and will take up to 5-7 business days (Domestic) and 7-14 business days (International) before being shipped out. Due to the natural ingredients used to create the creams - they are all made to order.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?
We primarily use Jamaican herbs that have been infused in oils such as fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil, argan oil & hemp oil which are great for the skin. Plant based essential oils and extracts are also added for natural fragrance. We also use bentonite clay, Kaolin clay & colloidal oatmeal, which softens the skin and makes it supple.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Items are considered non-returnable once the seal has been broken. Items that are damaged or broken upon delivery will be replaced. Simply fill out the contact form on our contact page and provide the reason for returning the item. A 10% fee will be charged for any orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
